The SALT (Support and Leadership Training) ministry was designed primarily to develop an effective theological education program for leaders and pastors who are unable to attend Bible schools and seminaries.

In order to execute this ministry, our secondary goals include recognizing a talented teaching staff for different areas of Latin America, training national leaders throughout Latin America and supporting the ministries of Latin American pastors.

We support those ministries by sending groups from the States that cooperate with and assist national ministries in evangelism, education, counseling, medical clinics and construction.

SALT Leadership Ministries exists to glorify God by developing and training national church leaders and pastors beginning in Latin America through theological extension education and by supporting church ministries through providing resources and support ministry teams.

SALT Leadership Ministries desires to glorify God by providing trained pastors and leaders for every evangelical church beginning in Latin America and by equipping every church with tools necessary to fulfill its mission and vision.
